Sophon Vin

Program Coordinator

Sophon was born in a farmer family in rural areas of Battambang province that is the western border of Cambodia – Thailand, during the civil war in the 1980s. She grew up with the support of her parents and two siblings. She achieved her master’s degree in Business Administration in General Management. She first started working as a primary teacher in her nearby village. In order to move forward, she worked in various positions within organizations such as Cambodia Health Education Development (CHED), Opération Enfant du Cambodge (OEC), and Save the Children. Currently, Sophon works with Seva Foundation Cambodia as a program coordinator.
