Katie McMillan, Ph.D.

Technology Product Manager

Katie grew up in Illinois and was awarded her doctorate in Medical Physics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. After completing a post-doctoral fellowship in multi-parametric MRI mapping in neurology and oncology, she spent 10 years at GE Healthcare in product management for Global MRI. After spending 5 years at a small business managing internet of things sensors and cloud-based applications, she was delighted to join Seva as a part-time consultant in May, 2023.

Katie joined Seva's full-time staff in February, 2024, and manages technology projects and collaborations. Her priority is helping our partners add access and capacity through technology advances and she loves learning about their work and priorities! Katie lives with her mom, Judy, and terrier, Campbell, in Leesburg, Florida. She left her part-time job at Disney World in order to return to full-time product management work but continues to love Disney-based conversations.
