Arun is the Global Training Specialist, with 20 years’ experience with MNCs like Société Generale, Novartis, Bayer and GlaxoSmithKline. He is a certified Herrmann Practitioner (Whole Brain Thinking), Australia; Competent Communicator and Leader (Toastmasters International, USA); Train the Trainer (Dale Carnegie Institute); TQM Facilitator (HIDA, Japan); and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. He has a proven track record in performance consulting and capability development for a diverse and global workforce. 

Arun is passionate about new ways of learning (Micro, Social, Personalised, Experiential and Digital) and invests his leisure time in reading, yoga, nature walks, and playing with his two sons.
